Once your enquiry is logged in our system, our advisors will contact you using the information you provided in the request form. Quotations provided by PLCEurope are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation ‘unless otherwise stated’, and providing the quotation has not been withdrawn in that period.
You can place an order for the requested items via e-mail, phone or fax.
You can pay with one of the following accepted methods of payment: bank/wire transfer, PayPal, Letter of credit, debit cards, credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, company cheque and Western Union.
Dispatch time is quoted from date of receipt of confirmed order with full and final information, and it provides an indication of when your order will be dispatched from our warehouses for delivery. Available items are dispatched within one to four working days from the order time. If there is a longer dispatch/lead time (Period between placing an order and receiving the ordered item), it will be clarified in the quotation issued by our sales advisers.
Delivery time varies according to your selected delivery address and the carrier service you choose. A signature will be required for any delivery and you can track the status of your order via our partners' online tracking systems. Depending on the order value, urgency and weight, PLCEurope selects the most suitable delivery method, and via online order tracking you can track the status of your order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day until you receive it. Inspect all packages thoroughly for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts upon receiving your order. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged package, DO NOT accept it and have the freight forwarder immediately return it to the sender. If the freight forwarder has left a damaged package in your absence, contact the freight forwarder immediately and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above happens to prevent you from being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for stolen or lost packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping provider company.

We will ask you to provide a shipping address for the order you are placing. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail that includes your order number, unique tracking number and a link to the tracking details. We can even send you e-mails the day prior delivery, day of delivery, or after your item has been delivered, depending upon your shipping method, country and carrier.
Yes, most new products have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer (12-18 months). Reconditioned, used and refurbished items are provided with 6 months warranty 'unless otherwise stated'. For a claim to be valid, products must reach PLCEurope within the specified warranty period which commences from the invoice date. You can also ask our advisers for the extended warranties and insurance provided by PLC Europe, where you can get covered for a free repair or replacement for your equipment should anything go wrong after the original warranty period expires. Yes, there is a 35% restocking fees. Items must be returned exactly as they were dispatched in the original packaging (manufacturer's box, static bags, etc.). If our seals or factory seals are broken, then the products cannot be returned under any condition. The risk of loss for the part being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such part to PLCEurope warehouses and with respect to any shipments from PLCEurope back to you.
You are responsible for the safe arrival of products shipped to PLCEurope and it is necessary that the product is packed properly for shipping. PLCEurope is not responsible for damage caused by carrier, or damage due to insufficient packing materials. Damaged parts will be promptly reported to you. PLCEurope can provide an exchange credit for your broken equipment. You will be asked to send us your defective part for inspection and evaluation, and you also have to provide us with reliable information and a report of the part condition. If your part is repairable and eligible for the service exchange scheme, you will receive a credit as mentioned on the quotation once we receive your part in our warehouses. Yes, you can request a quote for refurbished or reconditioned spare parts at a fraction of the usual cost. New, refurbished, used and reconditioned items are available.
